Here is a cool animation done by a filmmaker and artist Andrew Thomas Huang. I thought it was a very interesting video. The short film shows a battle that many young girls and boys have on appearances. Many teenagers think they should look like many of the stars on TV or on magazines. Little do they know that software’s such as Photoshop enhance most of all the celebrities and models’ appearances and looks. The animation sends a strong message about how many of us are not happy by the way we look, and how hard we try to reach perfection and fail. This video really emphasizes how, by the attempt of looking like someone else, we lose ourselves. We live in a world rich on different cultures and people of all races. Let’s embrace the uniqueness the each of us have rather than try to change it to adhere to that of the view of others.
