Design Tech

Nowadays, technology is designed shiny, sleek, and simple. Which makes it easier to hold and carrier around. For example, both Apple and Samsung newest phones are shiny, sleek, and simple. They’re both thin and don’t have much buttons on them. Although it’s easier to hold it’s a lot lighter and more likely to break than it was in the older days. Apple has now used glass to make their phones which breaks easily when dropped. Technology today is design to last two or three years and then after that the brand expects you to get their latest technology that they put out. It’s pretty smart and good for business like Samsung and Apple, but sucks for our pockets.

I love technologies, I mean all types of technologies, every-time when there’s a new product on the market I just can’t resist to purchase it. now days, technologies aren’t really designed to last, I personally believe that is not the tech companies fault, it is our fault ( as consumers ) we kept wanting new products. I remember when the iPhone 6 came out few years ago, that phone was very bad designed, it bends just by putting in the pockets. then Apple refuse to replace the phone for the customers. People can’t do much other than buying a new phone.
