People are walking advertisements. Brands such as Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Coach, and Guess, to name a few, can be found on shirts, jeans, shoes, purses, hats, you name it! Brand names are worn all over our bodies.  This blog was inspired by an article from called Naming Names for Fun and Profit by Ralph Caplan.  It discusses briefly how clothing didn’t use to be like that.  In order to figure out the brand of someone’s clothing you had to look inside of it. The article focused on the company Everlast; in particular boxing apparel and accessories (gloves). I personally think it was a clever business move that many companies made.  It was a cheap way to advertise, and it was effective.  If you’d like to read more click the link.
