Grythyttan is a Swedish inn that has a decidedly quirky personality. Planeta Design was commissioned to create a whole new brand identity and business suite for the inn that captured the feel of the inn. The result? Beautiful, unique, and eye-catching design that harkens back to old floral wallpaper and your grandmother’s doilies (in the best way). I have a soft-spot for floral patterns, but it doesn’t take a penchant for the old-fashioned to appreciate the design of this stationary and business suite. Planeta Design has created a truly unique look for Grythyttan that sets it worlds apart from everything else I’ve seen in hospitality businesses.

Beautiful. I love how the designs are chic yet retro. Very clever as well, specifically the hearing aid one. It’s crazy how a simple redesign of marketing material or whatever print a company may use, can change their reputation and bring them business. Nice find.
