WOWWWW! This looks intense and very creative. By looking at the first image, I would’ve never known it was made out of all wood.
The fur on the animals is so lifelike. I can’t imagine the time spent on these sculptures.
Articles about Sergei Bobkov state that his woodchip sculptures can take up to 6 months and that is working 10-12 hours a day with no days off. What patience! Amazing work and he supposedly patented his technique. I’ve never heard of patenting a art technique but it is possible I think.
Theres so much detail on the sculptures. You can really tell that he enjoyed his work and it’s very interesting.
Yea, no joke. He has to have a lot of passion in it!
